I used to totally fangirl over Ottolenghi's recipes (actually, I still do...), and Kalyustan's was the only place I could find zeresh (barberries) and black garlic. I'd stock up every time I went to NYC to visit my fam!
I don't have experience looking for it in the UK, but I'd try looking online first or at a specialty Italian goods market. Let me know if you discover anything, I'm curious to hear!
